- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Toss in broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a splash of water.
- Pour the sauce over beef and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
