Description

A quick and delicious stir-fry of tender beef and vibrant broccoli in a rich sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Toss in broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a splash of water.
  6. Pour the sauce over beef and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
