Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, and heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the cranberries to the saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the cranberries and let them dry on a baking sheet.
  5. Once dry, roll the cranberries in granulated sugar.
  6. Let them cool completely before using as a garnish or snack.
