  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, adding the chopped onion and minced garlic. Drain any excess grease.
