Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, adding the chopped onion and minced garlic. Drain any excess grease.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes and corn with the meat and let cook for about 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the biscuit mixture over the beef mixture in the skillet.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
