- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and broccoli until well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until everything is coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese for a gooey finish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to settle.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
