- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust the buffalo sauce to suit your heat preference.
