- 1 pound Halal-certified Smoked Sausage, sliced ½-inch thick
- 4 cups Baby Potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 packet Halal-certified Ranch Seasoning Mix (approx. 1 oz)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup Sour Cream (optional, for serving)
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Halve or quarter baby potatoes and slice the smoked sausage.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and sausage is lightly browned.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with sour cream if desired.
Notes
Cut the potatoes and sausage uniformly for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the pan to allow for proper roasting.
