Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In serving cups or a trifle bowl, layer pieces of cake or cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of cream cheese filling, followed by a layer of cranberry compote.
- Repeat the layering process until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of cream cheese filling on top.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
