Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed cookies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, cooled coffee, and vanilla extract until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Near the end of churning, sprinkle in the crushed cookies.
- Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
