Description

A delightful homemade ice cream combining coffee flavor with creamy goodness, perfect for coffee lovers and dessert enthusiasts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed cookies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, cooled coffee, and vanilla extract until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Near the end of churning, sprinkle in the crushed cookies.
  4. Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
  5. Scoop and enjoy!
