Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, chilled brewed coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. When nearly done churning, sprinkle in the finely chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Transfer the ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 240 minutes to achieve a firm texture.
