- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed cookies
Instructions
- Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, cooled coffee, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, sprinkle in the crushed cookies.
- Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Scoop out your Coffee Ice Cream and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, chill the mixture in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before using the ice cream maker.
