Description

A delightful homemade Coffee Ice Cream that combines the rich essence of brewed coffee with a creamy texture, perfect for warm afternoons.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed cookies

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, cooled coffee, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. In the last few minutes of churning, sprinkle in the crushed cookies.
  4. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
  5. Scoop out your Coffee Ice Cream and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, chill the mixture in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before using the ice cream maker.
