Description

Delicious and easy-to-make stuffing balls combining turkey and dried cranberries, perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or turkey broth)
  • 1/4 cup peas (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cranberry sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared stuffing, cooked turkey, dried cranberries, chicken broth, peas (if using), beaten egg, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed and hold together when squeezed.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Take approximately 1/4 cup of the mixture and roll it into a 1 1/2 to 2-inch ball. Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside and heated through in the center.
  5. Let rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving warm with cranberry sauce.

Notes

These stuffing balls are great as appetizers or side dishes. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 3 months.
