- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
