Description

A rich and comforting slow-cooked chicken dish with creamy ranch flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Add the drained sweet corn on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  7. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve.

Notes

For thicker sauce, mix in cornstarch slurry during last 30 minutes. Use frozen chicken breasts, but increase cooking time.
