Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add the drained sweet corn on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve.
Notes
For thicker sauce, mix in cornstarch slurry during last 30 minutes. Use frozen chicken breasts, but increase cooking time.
