A delicious dish combining tender salmon fillets with a rich and creamy spinach filling, perfect for any dinner occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets (46 ounces each)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (mashed)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the spinach filling by combining softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, mashed garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with ground black pepper.
  4. Create a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the creamy spinach filling.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon on a greased baking sheet; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Pair with roasted vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, or a fresh garden salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
