- 4 pieces Salmon fillets (4–6 ounces each)
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 cup Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Fresh spinach (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (mashed)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the spinach filling by combining softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, mashed garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a mixing bowl.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with ground black pepper.
- Create a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the creamy spinach filling.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a greased baking sheet; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
