Description

A rich and tangy buffalo chicken dip made in a slow cooker, perfect for parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In your crockpot, add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Add crumbled blue cheese if desired.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well-combined and the cream cheese is fully blended.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once hot and bubbly, stir again, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
