Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In your crockpot, add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Add crumbled blue cheese if desired.
- Mix all ingredients until well-combined and the cream cheese is fully blended.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once hot and bubbly, stir again, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
