Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Description

A creamy, spicy dip made with buffalo sauce and rotisserie chicken, perfect for game day or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie)
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine and stir the diced chicken and buffalo sauce together. Set aside.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy and smooth.
  4. Add the buffalo chicken mixture, diced green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir to combine well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9 baking pan and top it with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently.
