A creamy, spicy dip made with buffalo sauce and rotisserie chicken, perfect for game day or gatherings.

- 2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie)
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 diced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine and stir the diced chicken and buffalo sauce together. Set aside.
- In a separate medium bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy and smooth.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture, diced green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir to combine well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9 baking pan and top it with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently.
