Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and squeeze lemon juice over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
