Description

A quick and flavorful ground beef stir fry packed with mixed vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot over your choice of cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Fresh garlic and ginger enhance the flavor. Feel free to use any vegetables you enjoy.
