- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring everything together to combine.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
