Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and soy sauce; cook until veggies are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over cooked brown rice or quinoa.
