Description

Ingredients

  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Mixed salad greens

  • Avocado

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by mixing the greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado in a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.
