Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast generously with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and surround it with fresh broccoli florets.
  4. Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and broccoli before serving.

Notes
