Ingredients

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup pecans, toasted

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in melted butter and toasted pecans until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
