Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad perfect for any occasion, combining sweet fruits with creamy textures.


Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits by draining the canned pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges well.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into thick coins and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and sour cream and mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, bananas, maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, and coconut (if using).
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Stir gently before serving to refresh the salad.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, best enjoyed within the first 24 hours.
