A refreshing homemade peach ice cream that is easy to make and bursting with flavor from fresh peaches.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 pint half-and-half cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole milk, or as needed
Instructions
- Dice the fresh peaches and mix them with the sugar in a bowl. Allow to macerate for about 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Add the peach and sugar mixture to the creamy mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer container and add whole milk to reach the fill line.
- Freeze according to your ice cream maker’s instructions until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
For a smoother texture, blend the peach mixture in a food processor before combining. You can use frozen peaches if fresh ones are unavailable.
