- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 pint half-and-half cream
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole milk, or as needed
Instructions
- Dicing the fresh peaches and mixing them with the sugar in a bowl. Let sit for about 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract; whisk until blended.
- Gently fold in the peach and sugar mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a gallon ice cream freezer container, adding whole milk to fill up to the fill line.
- Cool the ice cream container in the freezer before pouring in the mixture. Freeze according to your ice cream maker’s instructions.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor; frozen peaches can be used as a substitute. For creamier texture, consider using full-fat ingredients.
