- 1 tablespoon fig spread (warmed for easy drizzle)

Instructions
- Remove the goat cheese log from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
- Chop the roasted pistachios into small pieces.
- If needed, gently warm the fig spread in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
- Place the softened goat cheese log in the center of a serving platter.
- Drizzle warm honey generously over the cheese.
- Add warmed fig spread on top of the honey.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the cheese and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
- Serve with your choice of crackers or bread.
