Ingredients

  • 11 oz goat cheese log (fresh goat cheese for creamy texture)
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon fig spread (warmed for easy drizzle)
  • Crackers or bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Remove the goat cheese log from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Chop the roasted pistachios into small pieces.
  3. If needed, gently warm the fig spread in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
  4. Place the softened goat cheese log in the center of a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle warm honey generously over the cheese.
  6. Add warmed fig spread on top of the honey.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the cheese and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
  8. Serve with your choice of crackers or bread.
