Description

A quick and easy one-pan dish featuring chicken, rice, and mixed vegetables, flavored with soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice and chicken broth.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce over the top, stir well, and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
