Description

A delightful blend of creamy richness and crunchy textures, capturing nostalgic flavors of malted milk and toffee.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup malted milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, malted milk powder, and vanilla extract until combined and smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Just before churning is complete, add in the toffee bits and crushed malted milk balls.
  4. Once churning is done, transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop out a portion and enjoy.

Notes

For creamier ice cream, chill your ingredients before mixing. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
