Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup malted milk powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, malted milk powder, and vanilla extract until combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Just before churning is complete, add in the toffee bits and crushed malted milk balls.
- Once churning is done, transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Scoop out a portion and enjoy.
Notes
For creamier ice cream, chill your ingredients before mixing. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
