- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, mango puree, and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for about 25 minutes or until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 240 minutes to firm up.
Notes
For a tropical twist, add shredded coconut to the base mixture. To intensify mango flavor, increase the mango puree by half cup. Chill your mixing bowl and ice cream maker’s bowl before churning for best results.
