- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the drained pineapple, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.

- If desired, roll each cheese ball in additional chopped pecans for an extra crunch.
