Ingredients

- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 cups custard powder
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 8 oz chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, walnuts, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a square pan to create a crust.
- For the filling, beat together the softened butter, custard powder, and icing sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread this custard mixture over the crust layer evenly.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, then pour it over the custard layer. Spread it gently to cover completely. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then cut into squares to serve.
Notes
For a nut-free version, replace walnuts with an equal amount of graham cracker crumbs or sunflower seeds. Vegan option available using vegan butter and coconut milk.
