Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crusts, smoothing the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, add festive sprinkles on top.
