Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup passion fruit puree
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, passion fruit puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until blended.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until soft and creamy.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop out and serve your homemade passion fruit ice cream, and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh passion fruit for the best flavor. Chill the mixture for at least an hour before churning for improved texture.
