Festive Santa Hat Brownie Bites

Description

Delightful brownie bites topped with strawberries and whipped cream, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 8 large fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix the brownie batter according to package instructions (brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water) until smooth.
  3. Spoon brownie batter into the muffin tin, filling each cavity ¾ full.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form, then gradually add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whip until stiff peaks form.
  6. Assemble the Santa hats by topping each brownie bite with a dollop of whipped cream and placing a strawberry on top pointy side up.
  7. Optionally, add a small dollop of whipped cream on the tip of the strawberry for decoration.

Notes

Store leftover bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble without toppings ahead of time for freshness.
