Delightful brownie bites topped with strawberries and whipped cream, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 1 box Brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 8 large fresh strawberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.
- Mix the brownie batter according to package instructions (brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water) until smooth.
- Spoon brownie batter into the muffin tin, filling each cavity ¾ full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form, then gradually add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Santa hats by topping each brownie bite with a dollop of whipped cream and placing a strawberry on top pointy side up.
- Optionally, add a small dollop of whipped cream on the tip of the strawberry for decoration.
Notes
Store leftover bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble without toppings ahead of time for freshness.
