- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Mix the cinnamon-sugar topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy!
