Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from skillet and immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit for an added touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
