A creamy, cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip that is perfect for game days, holiday gatherings, or cozy nights in. This dip combines fresh spinach and artichoke hearts with a rich blend of cheeses.

- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thaw and squeeze dry the spinach.
- Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Add garlic, chopped artichokes, spinach, half of the mozzarella, and all the Parmesan. Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving with chips, bread, or veggies.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and reduce the amount of cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
