- 1 cup golden cake crumbs
- 1/2 cup creamy frosting
- 1 cup real strawberries, chopped
- 8 ounces white chocolate, for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the golden cake crumbs and creamy frosting. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries into the mixture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, making sure it is fully coated, then return to the baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be frozen before dipping in chocolate.
