Description

A delightful no-bake treat combining the classic flavors of strawberry shortcake in a bite-sized form, covered in creamy white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup golden cake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup creamy frosting
  • 1 cup real strawberries, chopped
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the golden cake crumbs and creamy frosting. Mix until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries into the mixture.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, making sure it is fully coated, then return to the baking sheet.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be frozen before dipping in chocolate.
