Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleaning.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry using a paper towel. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with some space between each piece.
- Season the salmon lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Spread about two-thirds of the Bang Bang sauce over the top and sides of each salmon fillet. Save the remaining sauce for serving.
- Bake the salmon in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. The exact time depends on the thickness of your fillets. The fish should flake easily with a fork.
- Optional: Turn your oven to the “broil” setting and cook the salmon for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce starts to bubble and turn golden brown.
- Remove the salmon from the oven. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
