Description

Fluffy and nutritious pancakes made with ripe bananas and packed with protein, perfect for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup oatmeal or oat flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Milk (as needed for consistency)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl.
  2. Add the oatmeal (or oat flour), protein powder, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix until well combined. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk to reach the desired consistency.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour a portion of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use a ripe banana for maximum sweetness. Ensure skillet is at the right temperature for cooking.
