Healthy and nutritious overnight oats with blueberries and a protein boost, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
- Serve cold, topped with additional blueberries if desired.
