Description

Healthy and nutritious overnight oats with blueberries and a protein boost, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid.
  4. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
  5. Serve cold, topped with additional blueberries if desired.
