- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup of pecans, chopped
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place the brie cheese in the center.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese to enclose it completely, sealing the edges.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with crackers or bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to regain texture.
