- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten egg and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer to allow even cooking.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray to enhance the crispness.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch or honey mustard.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
