- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (biscuits) or homemade dumpling dough
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix well.
- Tear the biscuit dough into pieces and drop them on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on high for another 60-120 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cozy meal!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Dumplings may lose fluffiness upon reheating.
