Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for cooking)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Honey (for serving)
Directions:
- Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes. - Heat the Pan:
Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it with a small amount of butter. - Cook Each Crêpe:
Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling quickly to spread it out into a thin, even layer. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift slightly and the bottom turns golden. - Flip and Finish:
Carefully flip the crêpe and cook for another 30–60 seconds until lightly golden. - Repeat:
Continue cooking the rest of the batter, greasing the pan lightly as needed. - Serve:
Fold the warm crêpes, drizzle generously with honey, and enjoy their soft, buttery goodness.
