Description

A delightful and healthy dish that combines the freshness of citrus with the savory depth of olives, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Olives (pitted and chopped)
  • 1 Citrus (such as oranges and lemons, sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the sliced citrus and chopped olives on top of the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle fresh herbs over everything.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
