Tender meatballs bathed in rich onion gravy, bringing comfort food to a whole new level.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup onion gravy
- Mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice for serving
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in the beef broth and onion gravy. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the gravy for an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.
Notes
For a thicker gravy, allow it to simmer longer until it reduces to your liking. Don’t forget to sprinkle some fresh parsley on top before serving.
