Description
A delightful and wholesome skillet meal combining ground turkey, zucchini, and bell peppers in a flavorful mix.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground turkey
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 zucchinis, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz, drained)
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.

- Pour in the drained diced tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano. Stir well, then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Before serving, check seasoning and adjust with salt or pepper as necessary. Serve hot.
