Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli.
- Stir to coat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the turkey mixture over cooked rice.
